From Investment Associate to Director, I was engaged in the new business development and relationship management, sourcing and structuring of debt financing for the development projects, research and analyses for presenting investment opportunities to the Investment Committee, asset-level cash flow management and investor reporting. During my tenure at KeyBanc Capital Markets, I honed my expertise in finance across diverse sectors. I managed a $134 million portfolio of high-leverage, private-equity owned companies, where I developed strong relationships with CFOs and finance teams. My role involved conducting portfolio management, in-depth financial due diligence, credit analysis and risk management. I analyzed portfolio health through stress testing and forecasting, providing strategic financing alternatives to support client growth. In the Utilities, Power and Renewable Energy Capital Markets division, I expanded into new markets such as distributed solar projects and natural gas plants, building financial models and preparing transaction materials. I contributed to a white paper on distributed solar opportunities, collaborating across teams including Derivatives, Equity Capital Markets, and M&A.
